Refund Policy
If you're not happy with the course for any reason, request a full refund within 15 days of enrollment (counted from the date your payment is confirmed) — no questions asked. Email aiexplorer@augmentalabs.in from your registered email and include your payment reference.
1. Eligibility
A refund of the full amount paid is available if requested within 15 days of enrollment. As stated in our Terms of Use, a refund of the amount paid is the sole and exclusive monetary remedy available to you in connection with the course.
2. How to Request
Email aiexplorer@augmentalabs.in from your registered email with the subject line:
Refund Request — [your name]
- Include your Razorpay/UPI transaction ID.
- We confirm receipt within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method (UPI or card).
3. After the 15-Day Window
No refunds after 15 days of enrollment. Course fees are non-refundable as content is fully digital and immediately accessible.
4. Exceptions
Refunds outside the 15-day window may be considered in these cases:
- Duplicate payment — you were charged twice for the same purchase.
- Platform inaccessible for more than 7 consecutive days due to a fault on our side.
- Payment made by a minor without parental consent.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are not offered. Approved refunds are always for the full amount paid.
6. Course Access After Refund
Once a refund is processed, your access to the course is revoked and any certificates issued from the refunded enrolment are invalidated.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute regarding a refund will first be addressed amicably as described in Section 13 of the Terms of Use.
